Title sequence analysis of 'What lies beneath'

In my group, we analyzed the title sequence of the film What lies beneath. We watched the sequence and and annotated all or findings.

1. State the Production & Distribution companies. How are they introduced? What purpose do they serve at the start of the movie?

The production and distribution companies introduced were, 20th Century Fox, Dreamworks and Imagemovers. This was introduced at the beginning in order to inform the viewer and also to 'show off' that the film was produced and distributed by companies that are well known!

2. List the information that is included in the title sequence

3. Title sequence timeline: Enter the start and end times of the film opening, and then plot the title sequence along the line.

START: 0.00- Distribution Company (20th Century Fox)

              0.29- 'ImageMovers'

              0.54- 20th Century Fox and Dreamwork pictures presents

              1.06- An image movers production

              1.17- Main Title (What lies beneath)

 END:    2.44- Sequence ends

4. Film Title- where exactly is this placed? start, middle or end?

The title is placed in the middle of the title sequence.
